The B&D machine shop houses some of the most versatile equipment in the industry and are able to work with many ferrous and non-ferrous metals, stainless steels and engineering plastics.

Coordinate-Measuring Machine (CMM)

One of our latest machines is the CNC CMM.  This allows us to check components for an enhanced level of inspection ensuring we produce high quality parts with precision.  As part of this inspection, we can provide written reports for your records including;

• Initial Sample Inspection Report (ISIR)
• Certificate of Conformity (C of C)
• First Article Inspection Report (FAIR)
